About Christ-Centered Mama

Christ-Centered Mama is a Christian Womanhood blog dedicated to encouraging God’s Crown of Creation (women were the last act of Creation, you know) in their faith, marriages, and motherhood.

Every article and resource cites Scripture for a reason…

…I am just a writer in Kansas, but God’s Word is powerful and lasts forever. The Bible is “inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip His people to do every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17 NLT

I’ll Introduce Myself

My name is Sarah. My husband is Benjamin and he’s a pastor, I love to serve the Lord with him. I’m a midwestern stay-at-home mom, pianist, wanna-be photographer, and encourager of young women and Christians seeking to grow in their faith. My husband and I were blessed with our son, Cyrus after trying for 3 years. I love taking in life through the eyes of my toddler… especially since it was such a journey to become pregnant.

I’m expecting my second baby (a girl!) and she’s due March 2018. We aren’t sure of a name yet. 🙂

Children are a heritage from the Lord. The desire of my heart is to encourage my husband and love the children that God has blessed me with and that He will use them to glorify His name.

I am so excited to walk alongside you in this motherhood journey. One thing I’ve learned so far about motherhood is that you have to humble yourself and accept the fact that your kids are going to teach you almost as much as you teach them… after all, Jesus did say that we should all hope to have childlike faith!

I hope that you will join me in both friendship and in my walk to glorify God in motherhood- each day at a time.

Sincerely,

Sarah Liberty
